TOKYO LUXEY led the planning and development of a joint promotional initiative targeting luxury audiences, in collaboration with Palace Hotel Tokyo—one of Japan’s leading luxury hotels—and THE GINZA, a prestige skincare brand by the Shiseido Group with a strong following among high-net-worth clients in Japan and internationally. The project introduced THE GINZA skincare products as in-room amenities in the hotel’s suite accommodations, known for their views of the Imperial Palace Gardens and refined Japanese hospitality, creating a seamless brand experience integrated into the hotel stay.
For the brand, this initiative provided a valuable opportunity for targeted sampling and brand engagement with a highly relevant luxury audience. For the hotel, it enhanced the guest experience through an authentic collaboration between two “Made in Japan” brands, contributing to added value and the acquisition of new clientele for both parties.
TOKYO LUXEY provided overall creative direction, shaping a unified narrative that aligned the brand identities of both partners. This included the development of an experience concept designed to resonate with luxury travelers, as well as the creation of key messaging in both English and Japanese.
